The power went out last night for seven hours. 8:00 until 3:09 am. The good thing was that we had dinner before that.
I don't know how our power went out.
No wind. (well, 10 mph)
No hail.
There WAS thunder, lightening, and heavy rain though.
What knocked the power out? Probably a lightening strike. Anyway, a tree was knocked over onto a car nearby, and THAT was probably lightening.
We have to go to Meijer today because all our food is garbage now.

Happy Birthday, Isabelle! I know your mom was super bummed about that power outage, too. Do you have a good flashlight for night time reading when the power goes out?
