Fall fun

Do you think Fall is boring? I don't! Here are some tips for having a fun Fall:

Most fun for ages 3-5:
1.Make a leaf collage! Glue(or tape)lots of leafs onto some Fall-colored paper(like orange, yellow or red).
2.Make a tree! Have your mom or dad help you cut out a tree from brown paper. Gather fallen leaves to tape on your tree's branches.

Most fun for ages 5-7:
1.Make an arm tree! Have a parent or friend trace your arm on a piece of brown paper. Cut out your tree and tape leaves on the finger branches!
2.Have a leaf race with your friends! Have a race to see who can gather the most leaves in ten minutes. Whoever wins the race gets a piece of candy(or a dime or something if you don't have any candy)!

Most fun for ages 7-10:
1.Make a Fall adventure journal! Get ten pieces of paper and fold them in half like a card. Staple them together. Write My Fall Adventure My Journal on front and draw a Fall picture on it. Write about your Fall adventures in it!
2.Read a book about leaves and see how many different kinds of leaves you can find!

I hope you have fun with these activities!

My granddaughter made a leaf collage at my house. But we waxed the leaves first to help them hold the color. an adult must do that part.

Lots of good ideas here!! granny Lily
